CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be confirmed, rescheduled, or canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to show, will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. This policy allows me to reserve adequate time for each guest and maintain availability for all clients. Thank you for your understanding and support — I look forward to seeing you in my chair.
